We retain all rights to the Ussembly name, branding, and the App's underlying technology.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalabash Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
